Both AMA PRA Category 1 CME & IDPH EMS CE will be applied for, awarding up to 6 credit hours.
CloudCME™ is the platform used to manage accredited CE and all its associated functions. In order to fully participate in this conference, please create an account on our CloudCME™ website: https://edward-elmhurst.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx first, as you cannot create a new account in the app. From there, please download the CloudCME™ from the App Store or the Google Play Store on your mobile device and follow the directions on the slides below on the day of the conference.
